Estimate Birth Date: 02/xxxx VanGogh was hurt in a fight with another cat and while his wounds have all healed he is now FIV positive. Some people feel he should be in a home with no other cats. You will need to talk to you vet about this. He is extremely healthy and will probably live a very long time. VanGogh is a very easygoing and will seek out attention and jump on your lap. He has extra toes on his front paws that make him all the more special. While he is very loving he may give a little nip when overly happy. Because of this we feel he would do best only with older children that know how to respect a cat. He is a favorite here with volunteers and staff. VanGogh is in the NONE LEFT BEHIND program which means his adoption fee is waived and the League will cover all of his medical expenses for the rest of his life. All cat adoptions are $50. All cats are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS and are vet-checked and vaccinated. We spay or neuter all cats at 10 weeks of age. If you select a younger kitten, there is an additional $40 deposit payable at time of adoption, which is refunded upon proof of spay/neuter.
